Registration Reminders
The IHSA website membership login is ready for registrations and renewals
Steps to Renew:
Step 1: Coaches renew or complete IHSA membership
Coach renews his/her membership
Coach logs in and renews school's membership, updating and checking all information
Coach submits to the Regional President: IHSA Rules Test, Safe Sport Training, Concussion Training, Insurance Documentation, USHJA and/or AQHA Membership
Step 2: Students may join once coach membership is complete.
Team and Individual Fees:
The team membership fee is $300, paid to "IHSA Inc." This should be paid with a school or university check and submitted with the team membership form to the National Treasurer.
Individual membership fees are $45 for single discipline and $65 for both disciplines, and paid through the website with a credit card.

Individual memberships and invoice (only if members did not pay online).

Creating a Show
Shows should be created in the system 14 days before the show date.
Use the full name of the hosting institution when naming a show - no acronyms or abbreviations!
Use the most recent version of the generated show program.
Entering a Show
Only schools and riders listed as "PAID" on the website may be entered.
If a school is having difficulty entering a show, contact the National Treasurer or the Regional President.
No additional entries will be allowed on the day of the show, only substitutions.
Scoring a Show
Shows must be scored in the order in which they take place.
Shows must be scored within 14 days of the competition.
Show Dues, plus any regional fees, are $8 per ride (not rider). These fees are to be paid directly to the National Treasurer with an invoice.
